ubaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the ubaji platform and all of its services. By visiting the ubaji website or creating an account, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms.

ubaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Platform

The ubaji website (ubaji.lat) and all online gaming services operated under it.

User / Member

Any registered and verified individual on ubaji who is using the platform's services.

Account Balance

The total amount held in a user's ubaji account, made up of deposits, bonuses, and winnings.

Bonus

Promotional funds awarded by ubaji that become withdrawable after meeting specified wagering conditions.

Wagering Requirement

The specified multiplier indicating how much must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on ubaji.
• Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited.

Limits & Processing Times

Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals should preferably be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement exists on the account, withdrawals may be partially restricted.
• ubaji reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the registered payment account.

Welcome Bonus

ubaji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

General Bonus Rules

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If any abusive bonus use (advantage play) is detected at ubaji's discretion, the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• ubaji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

ubaji's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• VIP tier advancement depends on the user's gaming activity.
• Cashback is credited directly to the account balance, though applicable terms may apply.
• ubaji reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

General Gaming Terms

• All game outcomes are determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• If a technical error occurs in a game outcome, ubaji reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means or software is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, results are determined based on announcements from recognised international sports bodies.
• Bet amounts may be deducted from both bonus and real balance — as applicable under the relevant rules.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

ubaji treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. All transactions and personal data are secured with SSL encryption.

Account Closure by ubaji

ubaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of the Terms.

• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Account Closure Request by the User

Any member may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned subject to all outstanding conditions being met. Please contact the support team to make a request.

• ubaji will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disruption, or failure of third-party services.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility.
• In the event of an unexpected disruption to ubaji's services, we will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• ubaji is not responsible for problems caused by the user's device or internet connection.
